Use our service for a private and personalized experience. Our unique rental boats are perfect for family outings, romantic getaways, or comfortable small group outings.

We are a family owned and operated business. Our mission is to serve the Lake Conroe area residents and visitors by offering the best time on the water. Safety is our top priority, and as we take precautions to insure your safety, we expect you to do the same for your party and other customers of ours as well. Please understand our Terms and Conditions below.

Although alcoholic beverages are permitted, intoxication is not, and will result in ending your ride time. Overly intoxicated members of your party will end the boating experience for all with no refund, so please discuss this with everyone in your party.

Anyone consuming excessive alcohol will not be permitted on the tube. Tube first, drink later.

*IF ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE FOUND ONBOARD, YOU TRIP WILL END WITHOUT A REFUND!

Nudity will not be tolerated and will result in ending your ride time with no refund. Any member of your party who "flashes" or removes their bathing suit will end the boating experience for all with no refund.

Jumping off the boat while it is in motion is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and could result in injury or even death. NEVER jump from a moving vessel. If someone is overboard and needs assistance, a throwable life preserver will be thrown to them, or your pilot will give instructions, but under no circumstances should you jump out of the boat while the motor is running.

Cancelation and Rain Check Policies & FAQs

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation for life jacket fitting, waiver forms, and to maximize your boating experience and cruise time. All cruises begin at the reserved time slot. You will be considered a "no-show" 15 minutes after your reserved time and will be charged the full amount. Please notify us immediately if you are running late. Captain Ben prides himself on being punctual, however in the event of an unavoidable delay on our part, your time will begin once the boat leaves the dock.

Cancelation Policy

Reservations canceled at least 3 days prior to your reserved time slot will be refunded. Reservations canceled before 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full reservation amount.

You are responsible for the time of your reservation. No-shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

Rain Out Policy

If we determine it is too dangerous for cruises or tubing, or weather conditions become dangerous during boat charters, we will issue a Rain Check Credit for the unused portion of your reservation. Keep in mind that weather conditions in each location may vary. If it's raining in Conroe, it may not be in Willis or Montgomery. Always call or text us at 936-228-9869 if you have any questions about the weather. You are responsible for the time of your reservation. No shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

Right of Refusal

If anyone in your party is rude, obnoxious, intoxicated/impaired, or are unable or unwilling to follow directions, we reserve the right to refuse service, and you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit your security deposit. We will not tolerate disrespectful behavior from any guest.

Every guest is required to sign a waiver and safety rules disclaimer.
